What bothers me the most is the red lines. |D and the tones around her, my monitor is sort of failing so tones make everything blurry and really hard to see...

So yeah. That red + blue, they don't work together. They classssh.

But it's very cute, love that face and eyes. Really pretty face actually... oh and like Klonoa said, canine or feline?

To me this looks sort of chibi-ish, because of the bigger head and smaller body. Idk if you meant it to look like that or not. xD So yeah, if you were aiming for SUPAH CORRECT anatomy, the front paws are too small, and she looks skinny.

The scarf doesn't look like it's on Shiver, maybe try adding some fluff or so which goes over the scarf? x) If you get what I mean...
